How to Redeem Your Credit: To use your credit/coupon, just follow these simple steps:
1. Click the green cart icon located at the top right of our website and then proceed to the checkout page.
3. Enter your unique store credit/coupon code in the provided field and click 'Apply'. This will generate the discount and then you can then proceed to 'Checkout' to make your payment on the next page.
Eligible Purchases: Your store credit can be applied to all downloadable sounds and courses available on our platform. However, it cannot be used for the purchase of software, subscriptions, or items that are already on sale. Make sure to check the product details to ensure your credit is applicable. Before applying your credit/coupon, please be sure to check the items in your cart are applicable. Please also remove any other free items in your cart as this will prevent the code from working.
Single-Use Coupon: Your store credit is issued as a single-use coupon, which means it can only be used once. If you have any remaining credit after your purchase, please reach out to our support team, and we'll be happy to set up another code for you, so you don't miss out on the benefits of your credit
No Refunds or Exchanges: It's important to note that items purchased with store credit are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please make your selections carefully, as we cannot offer returns or exchanges for products bought using store credit.
