How to Access Refreshed Download Links

This article explains how to access refreshed download links for your purchases, whether you have an ADSR account or not.

Accessing Refreshed Download Links with an ADSR Account

If you have an ADSR account, simply log in at www.adsrsounds.com. Then go to My Account > Orders > Available Downloads (or Available Software) to find your refreshed download links.

Accessing Refreshed Download Links without an ADSR Account

1. Find the Purchase Email
   Look for the original purchase confirmation email sent from store@adsrsounds.com. The refreshed download links are included in that email. Before using the links, please clear your browser cache to avoid any loading issues.




2. Check Spam and Promotions Folders
   If you can’t find the email in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folders. Sometimes emails from ADSRSounds may be filtered there.

3. Use the Download Links
   Click on the refreshed download links in the email. These links will take you to the download pages where you can start downloading your purchased content.

4. Create a Free ADSR Account (Optional but Recommended)
   To make managing your purchases easier and keep all your downloads in one place, consider creating a free account on ADSRSounds. Visit adsrsounds.com and click Create Account at the top right corner.

5. Link Previous Orders to Your New Account
   After creating your account, you can link your previous orders yourself. Visit https://support.adsrsounds.com/portal/en/kb/adsr and click the blue chat box in the bottom right corner. Select Chat to connect with the ADSR Support Bot, who will guide you through linking your order history.
