Loyalty Packs Not Downloading to Disk

Issue: Packs purchased with loyalty credits do not download to disk.

Cause: Some packs may not be flagged correctly in the purchase list.

Fix:

• Contact support with pack name and email.
• In some cases, downloading from the original email link and installing manually is a workaround.
