“Unanalysed Files” Notification Keeps Reappearing

Issue: You repeatedly see a prompt to analyse files, even after scanning.

Causes:

• Some files may be unreadable or corrupted.
• DAWs like Ableton may be writing metadata into folders, making Sample Manager think the folder has changed.

Fix:

1. When prompted to scan, always click Yes.
2. Wait for the scan to complete without interrupting.
3. If the message still reappears:

• Check if your DAW is writing metadata into those folders.
• Try scanning the folder in standalone mode without the DAW open.

Advanced Test:

• Open Sample Manager → Click “Yes” to scan → Close the app → Reopen Sample Manager.
• If the prompt still appears without any folder changes, please submit logs to support.
